Staff Biographies
Daniel Wilson – Director
Daniel was appointed as Director to the Association in March 2024. He brings to the role over twenty years of experience working within front line social housing and in corporate governance. He has degrees in law, and history, post graduate diplomas in housing, law, and business, and has completed the Common Purpose Programme for Senior Leaders.
Joy Chilambe – Finance Officer
Joy joined the association in 2024 as a Finance Officer. She has several years of accounting experience having worked in the finance teams of a large Glasgow law firm and more recently the Citizens Advice Bureau. Joy has a good understanding of charity accounting.
Lyndsey McGillion – Housing Manager
Lyndsey McGillion joined the Association in August 2026 as Housing Manager. She brings extensive experience in housing management, having previously worked in Glasgow and Argyll & Bute. Lyndsey is passionate about helping to create sustainable communities and ensuring residents receive excellent housing services and support.
Jacqueline Brown – Asset Management Officer
Jacqueline joined the Association in 1993 as part of the original nucleus of the Association. Jacqueline is responsible for oversseeing repairs and the maintenance function within the Association. Jacqueline is the qualified first aider for the organisation.
Clare Bird - Administration Assistant
Clare joined the Association in 2024 having worked in Housing for 10+ years. Clare brings a well rounded blend of experience including housing knowledge, customer service and admin skills. Clare has a degree in Community Engagement, a Diploma in Training and Development and is currently studying Housing CIH Level 4.
