EVH GRADE 6: £29,946 - £32,737 PERMANENT

Kingsridge Cleddans Housing Association is a small community based social landlord within the Drumchapel area of Glasgow. We are looking to appoint an experienced and motivated Housing Assistant to join our small, flexible, and committed staff team.
Reporting to the Housing Officer and Director you will provide an effective and responsive estate management service which will include regular estate inspections and provision of advice and assistance to our tenants and residents.
You will have responsibility for providing administrative support to the Housing Officer and Director in relation to customer service enquiries. You will administer and maintain our housing list and will assist the Housing Officer in providing a responsive and effective rent management strategy with an emphasis on early intervention.
You will provide administrative support to the Director and be required to attend and take minutes of the monthly evening Management Committee meetings for which overtime payment will be paid.
You will be a customer focused team player in possession of appropriate interpersonal and organisational skills to operate in a busy and diverse environment
